Social Media Marketing
Content and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — planned around your offer and your audience, and judged on enquiries and sales rather than likes.
Reach and engagement are easy to buy in Sri Lanka. A boosted post will always produce numbers that look good in a screenshot. The harder question is whether any of it produced a customer, and most social media reports are carefully designed to avoid answering it.
We treat social media as two connected jobs. Organic content builds recognition and trust so that when a paid ad appears, the brand is already familiar. Paid campaigns then carry the offer to a defined audience and are measured against cost per qualified lead and return on ad spend. Both run in Sinhala and English, because most Sri Lankan audiences respond to one far better than the other.
Content production, community management and paid campaigns run as one system. Ad spend is billed separately to your own ad account.
A calendar built from your offers, seasonality and what your audience actually engages with — not a generic template of quotes and holiday greetings.
Static creatives, carousels and short-form video cut for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with hooks written for the first three seconds where attention is won or lost.
Captions written in the language your buyers actually use, with a clear next step in every post rather than a hashtag pile.
Comments, messages and enquiries answered within business hours, with reply templates so the sales team handles the serious ones consistently.
Campaign structure, audience testing, creative rotation, Pixel and Conversions API setup, and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns tuned on cost per conversation.
Monthly reporting on reach and engagement, but weighted toward leads, cost per result, conversion rate and revenue attributed to social.
We agree the month’s offers, campaigns and content themes up front, so production and paid media point at the same goal instead of running separately.
Graphics, video and copy are created and sent for approval in a batch, so you review once rather than approving posts one at a time all month.
Content goes out on schedule across the agreed platforms, and comments and messages are handled daily so enquiries do not sit unanswered.
At month end we look at what earned attention and what earned enquiries — those are rarely the same posts — and the next plan is built from that.
Social works hardest for businesses with something visual to show or an offer that can be explained quickly — jewellery, fashion and sportswear, food and retail, education, play zones and events, construction and interiors, tourism, and online stores. It works less well as a pure lead source for long, technical B2B sales, where it is better used for awareness while search carries the intent.
Both, and the split is decided by your audience rather than by preference. For most Sri Lankan consumer brands Sinhala performs better on Facebook and TikTok, while English performs better on LinkedIn and for premium or export-facing brands. We test rather than assume.
No. Boosting is a simplified interface with limited targeting, no proper campaign objective and weak optimisation. Running campaigns in Ads Manager lets us choose the objective, test audiences and creatives properly, and optimise on cost per result. Boosting is occasionally useful for reach; it is a poor way to buy leads.
Consistency matters more than volume. Our packages run from roughly thirty to a hundred posts a month depending on how many platforms you are on and how much video is involved, but a smaller number of well-made posts with a clear offer beats a large number of filler posts.
We set up click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, greeting messages and reply templates, and we track cost per conversation. The actual selling conversation stays with your team, because they know the stock, the pricing and the delivery timelines.
You do. We work inside your Business Manager with the access level needed to do the job, and you retain ownership of the pages, the ad account, the pixel and the audiences.
Tell us what you sell, what a customer is worth and what you are spending now. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right channel for you — and what it would take to make it work.
