Google Ads Management
We plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns for Sri Lankan businesses — and we report on revenue, qualified leads and cost per acquisition, not clicks and impressions.
Most Google Ads accounts we audit in Sri Lanka are losing money in the same three places: broad match keywords with no negative list, conversion tracking that was never set up properly, and a landing page that was never built for paid traffic. The budget goes out, the clicks come in, and nobody can tell which campaign actually produced a sale.
Real Ads Lanka runs Google Ads as a performance channel. Before we touch a bid, we make sure every enquiry — form, phone call, WhatsApp click and purchase — is tracked in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Once the measurement is honest, optimisation becomes a numbers exercise instead of a guess.
Everything below is part of the monthly service. Ad spend is billed separately to your own Google Ads account, so you keep full ownership and control of the budget.
Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns structured by intent and margin. Keyword research that separates buyers from researchers, with a negative keyword list built from day one.
GA4 and Google Tag Manager configured for form submissions, calls, WhatsApp clicks and purchases, with values attached so the platform optimises toward profit rather than volume.
Responsive search ads written around the actual offer, with pinned headlines where it matters, sitelinks, callouts and structured snippets. Display and YouTube creative produced in-house.
Bid strategy chosen to match the data you actually have. Budget pacing checked weekly so spend goes to the campaigns producing sales, not the ones producing traffic.
Google Merchant Center setup, product feed optimisation, feed rules, title rewrites and disapproval fixes for WooCommerce and Shopify stores.
A Looker Studio dashboard showing spend, revenue, ROAS, leads, cost per acquisition and conversion rate — plus a written note on what to scale, what to fix and what to stop.
We review the existing account, tracking setup and landing pages, and show you exactly where budget is being wasted before any money moves.
Campaigns, audiences, negative lists and tracking are rebuilt around your offer and your margins, with a clear target cost per acquisition agreed up front.
Keywords, ad copy and landing pages are tested in a controlled way. We change one variable at a time so we can tell what actually caused the lift.
Once a campaign clears its target cost per acquisition consistently, we increase budget in steps and watch the efficiency curve rather than doubling overnight.
We manage Google Ads for education providers, automotive and spare parts businesses, jewellery and gold retailers, fashion and sportswear brands, engineering and industrial suppliers, tourism operators and online stores. If you have a real offer and a sales process that can follow up on enquiries, Google Ads can be made to work. If enquiries go unanswered for three days, no amount of optimisation will fix the result — and we will tell you that before you spend.
There is no universal number. We start from your target cost per acquisition and your close rate, then work backwards to a budget that can produce enough conversions per month for the bidding algorithm to learn. For most service businesses that is a meaningful monthly test budget rather than a token amount; for e-commerce it depends on margin and average order value.
No. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to your own ad account, and our management fee is separate. This keeps the budget fully in your control and means you own the account and its history even if we stop working together.
Tracking and campaign rebuilds are usually live within the first two weeks. Meaningful optimisation data takes roughly 30 to 60 days, because the bidding needs a reasonable number of conversions before it can be trusted. Search campaigns for high-intent keywords often produce enquiries much earlier than that.
Yes. We work inside your account, or we create one in your name and give you administrator access. You keep the account, the data and the conversion history.
Yes, and that is a large part of what we do. We start with an independent audit of structure, targeting, creatives, bidding and tracking accuracy, and give you a prioritised list of fixes with the expected impact before we change anything.
Tell us what you sell, what a customer is worth and what you are spending now. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right channel for you — and what it would take to make it work.
